Creating contracts for clients can be a time-consuming process. So can testing out software after software trying to find the right solution.
Our goal in this episode is to give you some options that we have personally used and liked, as well as some community suggested options that are worth your time to investigate.

Agency’s on a Budget
If you are bootstrapping a new agency and cash is tight a proposal software might now be in the budget.
This was our approach in the beginning and although it took longer to create templates it is certainly the most cost-effective option.
Our Favorite Softwares
Here are our favorites that are worth checking out.
- PandaDoc – This is the most talked about solution that I have heard so far this year. They combine the ability to send proposals, send quotes, manage your contracts, and get electronic signatures all in the same place. They also have a partner program worth looking into.
- Proposify – This is a software we have used and really enjoyed. You can take advantage of some awesome templates and create beautiful proposals. It also has a HubSpot CRM integration to help you keep track of your deals.
- Bidsketch – This is another one that we have used and liked. Simple and straightforward. Widely used and widely liked.
- Nusii – Although we have not tried Nusii it has come recommended a few times to us. I love their website and clean UI. In the footer of the site they also go head-to-head with their competition explaining why they may be a better alternative.
