Common questions about buying ClickUp through a partner
Does buying through a reseller cost more?
No. You pay the same published rates you'd pay ClickUp directly, for every plan and add-on. Our margin comes from our partner agreement with ClickUp, not from a markup on your seats.
Can we buy licenses without any services?
Yes. Licenses only is a normal engagement for us. Plenty of teams want a partner for purchasing, renewals, and the occasional question, and nothing more.
Are licenses monthly or annual?
Annual. ClickUp's partner program sells licenses on twelve-month terms. If you add seats mid-term, they're prorated and renew with the rest of your workspace.
We're already on ClickUp. Can we switch our billing to ZenPilot?
Usually, yes. The cleanest time to move is when you're adding seats, upgrading tiers, or adding AI. Book a call and we'll check your renewal date and map out the transfer.
What about ClickUp Brain and AI credits?
We sell every AI add-on ClickUp offers, including Brain, Everything AI, and Super Credits. We'll also tell you when your team isn't ready to get value from them yet.
Who do we contact for support?
Us first. ZenPilot is your point of contact for license and billing questions, and we coordinate with ClickUp when something needs their team. If you've bundled support hours, workspace help is included.
Do we still have to accept ClickUp's terms?
Yes. ClickUp's Terms of Use govern the software itself. Our agreement covers billing, renewals, and support between you and ZenPilot. You can read the full ClickUp licenses agreement here.
