What can I use my retainer hours for?
Any combination of coaching calls, ClickUp building, integration building, or fractional ClickUp champion work. Your hours are flexible across all four deliverable categories each month - use them however serves your team best.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time to match your current needs. Most teams start at Tier 2 and adjust from there.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the following month. We work with you to make sure your hours are fully utilized each period.
Do I need to do a Blueprint first?
Recommended but not required. Retainers work best when the foundation is already in place - either through a Blueprint and implementation or an existing well-structured workspace. If your workspace needs significant restructuring, we may recommend starting with a Blueprint first.
Do retainer clients get access to the Accelerator?
Yes. Every retainer plan includes full Accelerator access - our training center, weekly office hours, and community support. That's a $1,500/month value included at no extra cost. Office hours don't count against your retainer hours. The Accelerator is also available separately for teams that don't need dedicated support hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
We keep things flexible. Monthly plans require just 30 days notice - no long-term contracts, no penalties. Annual plans lock in a discounted rate for the year, so you get the best pricing while ensuring continuity for your team.
