How much does ZenPilot cost?
Everything starts with the Blueprint at $5,000. Most implementation projects fall between $15,000 and $30,000. Ongoing retainers start at $2,000/month. Your Blueprint call will give you a clear picture of what your team needs and what it will cost.
Can we just get the Blueprint without implementation?
Yes. The Blueprint is a standalone deliverable - a complete system design with hierarchy wireframes, workflow recommendations, and a phased implementation roadmap. Some teams take it and build themselves. Most choose to have us build it because the implementation is where results accelerate.
What determines the implementation cost?
Team size, number of service lines, complexity of workflows, and how much migration is needed from your current tools. A 15-person team with straightforward workflows lands toward the lower end. A 100-person operation with multiple departments and complex automations lands higher.
What's included in a retainer?
