That one is probably gonna be the biggest increase. This is the cost of you know one ChatGPT or Claude, like a pro subscription. I really appreciate the courage to just say we are gonna charge more and we're gonna include AI. Welcome back to ClickUp Weekly. You've got Gray and Alex here from ZenPilot for episode number 26 of ClickUp Weekly. Today we are diving into ClickUp pricing updates. This is gonna be a hot topic here, probably for a little while, with what ClickUp has rolling out in this new version of plans. They've been working on it for months and it's finally starting to hit existing accounts. I think it's also up on the live pricing page as well. So, Alex, you're probably more in tune with what this looks like now than I am. So I'll get to play a little bit of the dummy and and quiz you on some of these things, and there's some details that we'll cover together. But that's before we get there, let's jump into some of the updates that we have from this past week. So we've got four new things in ClickUp from this week. Alex, you want to take us through the first two that are automation related. Sure thing they have been big asks from the community for quite a long time. It's nice to see that they're finally here, especially the first one. This is for the folks that do this sort of thing where you might have various lists for your project that maybe even represent statuses and maybe we prioritise something and it gets added to a list via automation. But if you want to get it out there's no way to get it out unless you manually take it out of there. So this basically gives you the option to remove a tasks from a list, like not from its home list, from one of its existing lists. So we can clean up the list a bit easier or more use cases can involve if you have some some sort of a client portal list where adding things that your clients need to see in a review. You can add things to rev automation just fine. And once it's reviewed and approved you can get it out with your list and make things super clean. So that one is pretty cool. And then the second one, we've got automations now with the ability to create lists from templates. Do you explain how these work out? Yes. This is a fantastic idea that everybody got excited about, including me, until I got to understand that it's not as good as we'd probably want it to be. But this can still work amazingly for a more static type of projects or lists that we need to create in a specific location. Why is it not fantastic? It's because obviously for you to trigger a list to get created, you need to say where is this list gonna get created? Which space, which folder? It can't dynamically guess your client that maybe is new. It has to be a specific folder or a space. And if you want to scale this, it'll kind of mean that you have to do a bunch of these per client to definitely set up new projects for every single client that you have, which is kind of the tricky part. But for like more internal projects or bigger clients that maybe you want to up you want to implement this for, not every single client, this could still be a super good win. And it's a more accessible way of you to work with this. So far, people have been working around it to using the API and employing that. And we still think that's probably the more powerful way to handle it. But if you want to get like your hands dirty with this, sooner now you can do it without having any API knowledge, and you can get started to play with it, mess with it, and you can definitely get a workflow that works for you. I think that's great. I'm just gonna quickly show off each of these. What you're talking about here is you got an action from some trigger, and that'll probably be like a status happen. You know, you move the deal in your CRM to closed one. You want to go start a new list for a specific client. So you create a list, you've got an opportunity here to pick your template. You can click, choose whatever template you want to use, use that template. But what you're saying is that may be for a client, but you couldn't match it up anyway and say, Oh, obviously we're working on a fresh market deal. So I clearly want that new list to happen. Here new service that they've added in. You can't pick that currently in ClickUp natively. So then that leaves you with an option of kind of putting it in a placeholder list and then having to go move it, which starts to beg the question, well, why not just go create it? We're gonna go through the same process. If we weren't here in an automation, we just go pick our client first. And we'd say, Yeah, I want to add a new list for the specific client. And I'd you know, say, hey, I want to grab a list, I want to grab it again from a template, I'd go pick the same template and put it here. So it's really we're not saving that much time if we were to go do it this way, but that's how it would work. And there could be cases where especially if you're using folder list lists for some reason, there could be cases where this would make more sense, or if you have a lot of lists that get added to a folder, this could also make sense, but in some of the common request use cases, it's not as powerful as using a third party integration or building it directly through the API. That's the first one. The other one would be, you know, a task. It's probably more like the status changes. And the status changes to something like if we had a different type of status, maybe you know it. Was in client review or moved out of client review and into approved or something. We wanted to remove it from that client portal. We would grab instead of this, we would have a again, we'll do a search here. By the way, super small feature requests, but when I click this trigger, I expect the search field to be active. So ClickUp, if you're watching, let's let's get that done. And you can remove from a list now. So you again, you have to pick the list that you want to remove from, but if we were doing this for a client and it was, you know, fresh market, you'd have a list specifically shared them, you can go pick that and remove it. And that's that new action that you've got in automations there. So two kind of mixed review automation improvements from ClickUp, but appreciate both of those getting built a lot of this stuff, I always have to remind myself like take the wins where you can get them. Sometimes this step one step two is being able to more dynamically create those lists in locations. That would be the bigger win here. From this one. So we got the the groundwork laid for that. The next two are around resource management. So the first one Brain² knows your team's capacity, and the second one time off showing up in workload. I think long term the second or the first one is going to be more impactful for users. I think in the near term, time off showing up in workload is gonna help a lot of project managers who are trying to schedule stuff. So Alex, do you want to take us through these many time? Speak to the first one, too. What why do I care that Brain² knows my team's capacity? Yep, because everybody dreams a world where AI can be your project manager and have answers. Except unless you're a project manager, then you definitely don't want it to happen as much. But even then, you can still help yourself with doing the work better and faster. So with this in mind, ClickUp can actually read your workload, understand how much time you have available based on your capacity, and provide helpful answers for us who is booked, who can take more work and what is their capacity looking like. So it doesn't have to be a manual search. Workload view to get it answer, which can be super powerful if we're trying to do planning for a potentially new project or a new client and get to understand what your team can do without going in the actual views to search of the data and load it up and just ask AI more naturally. So that's where the part of this comes from. That's great. So you know going through Brain wherever here and you know how's my workload for this week or today across, you know, we've got some prompts here that they already have in here. How's my workload across active clients and block tasks. We go in and ask here and get the answer. Well we're getting that answer Alex it might be worth looking at workload and just hitting this second update that we have real quickly. What does it mean that time off shows up in workload? So I'm going to give you the quick preview of what that looks like and then we can look at I'm curious to hear if you've got any thoughts on you know how this should get applied to teams in the day to day. So we've got we've covered this before on ClickUp Weekly time off happening. So if you've got you know upcoming time off, or you want to go schedule more time off, we could go add it in and say, hey, Friday, I decided I'm gonna be out sick Friday here. And that shows up here just fine. I can go see it for other people in the workspace, but didn't automatically show up here in the workload view. And now you can see I've got a vacation day here on Thursday and a sick day scheduled for Friday. So it's super helpful. And then also that's gonna impact what my availability or capacity looks like for the week as well. Am I missing anything on this one, Alex? No, that's basically it's personally I can sort of this has been here for a long time, but looks like it's hasn't been fully out there and the recently. But yeah, that's the most important part of it. Besides this being visible in workload, I think it's important to kind of highlight that is visible in another place, and that is the Task view as an example. If it open any task as an example, and you would try to set a date for one of the days when you're off, you would see you should see red dot that's not showing up for if you're gonna click on skip non working days, maybe I'm not sure if that's gonna do something. It's kind of weird. It's telling you that, hey, you're actually off. You shouldn't schedule something for you in that date. Yeah. I know what you're talking about, and see that when assigning tasks in a normal workspace. So yeah, there's basically a little red dot in the corner of days where someone's unavailable. Obviously, once you've selected that person, in this case, I am already selected. So I would expect that to show up maybe because I'm not setting up a work schedule. It's not showing here. But that's actually a pretty helpful tool for when you're trying to assign out work to users. Yeah. All right, anything else we should cover on on that new edition of time off appearing in workload? Gray start. Now we all need ClickUp to let us do a bit more with it. So feature request time to have this usable via the API as an example. So we can have things happen when people do log that time off in their profile and block some calendars, do some bit more things at at that, which currently is still an anal process, but I know they're working on it. And that's gonna be extremely helpful. We covered this when we talked about time off being launched in an earlier episode of ClickUp Weekly. That most people are not probably entering their time off primarily in ClickUp as the first place for a ton of organizations. There's a policy somewhere else. ZenPile it would do it in ClickUp first. That's the first place that'll show up, but not everybody does that. And so in your HRIS system or something else, is where you might put in your time request. Well, that should feed into ClickUp automatically, or vice versa, if you could run it the other way. Everyone can just get used to living out of ClickUp in the day to day. Here's where I'm putting in my request. Once that's approved, it goes and logs it into the other systems where I need it. So that's definitely a a big feature request and something that's in progress, and that'll be very helpful once we get it out. Yep. Awesome. All right. You ready to get into it? Let's do it. Let's talk pricing. ClickUp's got some new pricing. Can you walk us through like high level? Pretend you don't have to pretend very hard here, but pretend I'm a dummy and I don't know what's going on. What are the updates to ClickUp's pricing? Yeah, the most obvious one is that the unlimited plan has been relabeled to the core plan. That's one thing that we're seeing over here. The other thing that we're gonna notice is that previously, and that's the biggest one actually in day to day for most people, it used to be that AI was an add-on that you have to had to purchase at something like nine dollars, ten dollars additionally per user on your plan. And now because ClickUp does market itself as the whole AI platform thing, not just a BM platform, seems like they've taken the step in actually making AI part of every plan that they offer now. So that's what you're gonna see there with Brain included in various. Capacities, which that's a conversation to have around how much is Brain included for every other plan. And that's something we'll have to dive into a bit later. But that's the big one. Brain is included with every plan currently. And we can not we don't have to be intimidated by oh I don't want to pay 10 dollars to see if this AI is good, or I can replace Clot or ChatGPT. That's super helpful. And the other thing that's obvious is a totally new plan to have created, which is this Max plan that you're looking at toward every rate, which is basically enterprise plus all of the AI stuff you could wish for under the sun, basically. I think this is so yeah, you're exactly right. Before you could buy the AI add-on and you can get kind of the normal AI add-on at nine dollars a month per user across every single user in your workspace, you could this is one of the big pain points was Hey, I want it for me and I want it for Alex, but I don't want it for everybody else on the team. Can I just buy it for a handful of users, but not everybody or I want to want it for this team, but I don't want it for every member. And the answer was no. It was, hey, you're either in or you're not in. And so you're going to buy it for the whole organization or not. Well, that obviously led to lower adoption on AI than ClickUp would have liked. But the people who had AI were using like obviously ClickUp AI is a very sticky feature for them. So we've talked about this actually on ClickUp Weekly before, like, hey, how should we approach it? How should we be thinking about pricing this? Cause you know, people want it. Not everybody people will benefit greatly from it. Not everybody knows that they want it or that they need it, but that you there is a large number of folks who want it and don't want to pay for it across the entire workspace. So I think this is the right move to say everybody's gonna get it. But we're not gonna charge separately for it. But what that means then is they did have to increase prices. So correct if I'm wrong, unlimited was seven dollars a month, right? For you if you pay it paid annually per user. I think so, yes. So they basically they didn't add nine dollars a month to every plan, but they added a couple dollars a month to these plans in order to bake AI in and get rid of a ton of the friction around, do we want to pay separately for AI or didn't do we not want to pay separately? So if you were already pay for AI, you're getting a discount versus what you would have been paying before. And if you weren't paying for AI before and you didn't want it in the system, you're now paying a little bit more than you were paying previously. You have it, but if you truly didn't want it, didn't care, we'll never use it, you're paying a little bit more for it. I think that's a fair characterization, right? Of what's happening. Yep, basically. And the how much how much more you pay compared to the current state of things is incremental for sure. Like or is basically two dollars extra compared to where where it was. This is I think this is at five extra compared to where it was at twelve. Yep. One thing that's not here, but if we're gonna look into the billing page. You want you will have that in your workspace. And a lot of you guys know that you're watching this that business plus is a thing, even though it's not in the public pricing page. That one is probably gonna be the biggest increase, because it was 19 for a month, and now this is gonna be like 28. So this kind of keeps that additional nine per user, which is a bit of a bummer. But for the other ones, it's pretty much incremental. And then enterprise, it's always on a case by case basis, and Max being a flat 100, nothing to say about it. I think there's a couple other kind of like gotcha or things to be aware of in the pricing updates where we've got some new limited or some new limits on things and features that maybe weren't fully rolled out. Or like this is one of the things that drives people crazy all the time is how you know how can a feature get switched between plans. I had it, now I don't have it. Totally makes sense. There's a thousand features and ClickUp. I get that, you know, at different times, different packaging. You want to move stuff. So I get that. I do think one thing to point out here in the price increase for business plus and for business. Is that you are getting so the the core one's a relatively small increase. We went from seven dollars a month before to nine dollars a month now as their list price, but you're getting less AI. So you're kind of going into what was the nine dollar version by the time you get to business plus, you know, you're paying the same $9 a month more per user that you would have paid if you were buying the AI add-on for every single person on your team. So I think that's worth being aware of. That's really good, helpful that you pointed that out, Alex. But you are getting more AI usage than you were on that nine dollar a month AI bundle. You're not getting as much as you would have gotten on the $28 a month AI bundle, unlimited everything, but you're getting more than on the $9 a month bundle. So you know, there's like back and forth. There's some pros and cons in all of this stuff, but it is helpful to just look at like, hey, what does this look like now? I think calling out business plus is super helpful. So we've gone from having like way back in the day, just a handful of plans. You know, it's free forever, unlimited business and enterprise to now free forever core, replacing unlimited business, business plus, enterprise, and then one plan to rule them all, Max. So this is you know the the full plan like you were talking about, and you're getting basically all the limits kind of taken off out of ClickUp or almost all the limits taken off out of ClickUp. And it's pretty wild that this is not the you know for the value that you get out of this if you've got your team enabled well, this is the cost of, you know, one ChatGPT or Claude, like a pro subscription to those things kind of at the first level. So for teams who are you know, you there's it's just such a difference in buying mentality. It was funny I was looking in some of the ClickUp forums, looking back at past pricing updates and the discussion around it and the stuff that people were freaking out about at the time in terms of I can't believe they're making, you know, a new plan called business plus. We might have to pay $19 a month per user. It's like, well, now that would be a steal. Like the things that we were complaining about at one point. So all of this stuff, like anytime we're talking about pricing, where my head goes is always back to how well are you enabling your team and how well are you directly like getting value out of the tool. Because you can certainly negotiate with ClickUp. I'm sure there will be teams, I don't I haven't done this yet. I'm sure there will be teams who buy Mac and they're not paying $100 a month per user. There's gonna be some large teams who are paying less than that. So let's say you even negotiate 20% off and you get it down to $80 a month per user. Congratulations, you save $20 per team member. The and the amount of time and effort that it takes to get that, I I don't know. Maybe that'll be not that huge of a negotiation thing. I would assume if it's ClickUp, that's that would be a huge win for you if you got to negotiate down there. The amount of work that it is to go create $20 more of productivity from your team per user. Is way, way easier. And there's kind of unlimited upside on that side of the equation. So anytime we're we're dealing with pricing, I think we have to be really fair with, hey, this is, and this is why I want to call out some of the limits and the other things that are there here. We got to be really fair with our critique of, you know, hey, where where are we moving things around or we're trying to monetize or charge more for stuff just because we can. But I think for most of the stuff in the world that we live in, like there's just an abundance of opportunity here. And this stuff in terms of what it enables, if you've truly enabled and trained your team and they're excellent at using this tool, you're gonna get way more value out of this than any of these things. And there's kind of unlimited upside on that front. I don't think that makes any sense, Alex if you have any other thoughts there, feel free to chime in. Can we start talking though about like what are the details of this? What what stuff is new? Or different in permissions, what may have gotten moved. Cause I think I mean if I'm running pricing at ClickUp, especially if we move to you know, changing a name of a plan, this seems like a great opportunity to also move some features back and forth that we might want to move between plans. Yeah, sure, we can look at that. Cool. I'll call out the first thing that I saw, which was the MCP call per day. I don't remember a limit on this before. As more and more team members live out of other AI tools, in some organizations. And I've seen this bounce back and forth. Some people are, you know, they're fully Codex-pilled or Claude-pilled, and they're like, this is the only platform I want to be in all day. I think I I'm I'm kind of curious about this idea. Basically, ClickUp is saying that's fine if you want to do it. You're just gonna have to make sure you're on a serious plan if you're gonna do it. And I would assume if you're living out of Claude, you're already paying quite a bit for Claude. So anyways, this we've got 100 MCP calls per day. If you're on the free plan, 300 on the core plan, a thousand on business, 25,000 on enterprise. No cap on the max plan. Do you have any thoughts on why ClickUp's adding this in, other than saying it's fine if you want to do it, but you're just gonna have to pay more? Yeah, I say that's the only reason. And I think for the most of it, it's probably makes sense because if you would be super big on AI in ClickUp and not as much in Claude or or ChatGPT as an example, you probably wouldn't need ClickUp's MCP that much. You would run it from Claude. So then you're fine with like a core plan or business or business plus plan. And if you really want to rely on ClickUp to power up all of your AI workflows and have that as your main MCP hub, then yeah, then the Max plan doesn't make sense. It doesn't have to rely on that Chad GPT or Claude subscription, which you're having. It is interesting. I could see people at some point making argument the inverse way for some of this stuff too. And saying, hey, I don't care about your UI that you've put all this work into. I just need a way to do this. And so I actually want to be on the the lowest plan that you have, but I want the most number of MCP calls per day because I want to use like work out of a different tool. I didn't seen that happen. And I can't imagine anybody pricing it that way. But I could see you know consumer buyer or customer sentiment being in that direction. That's a limit, Alex. I'm gonna let you roll with some of the other ones. Maybe hit on talk to text. Talk to text is an interesting one because it used to be that it was a separate add-on. Even separate from like AI itself. I don't remember the exact figure. It was something pretty consistent for sure. It wasn't like Benny's. So it's nice to see that he had included it to some capacity apparently to all of the plans. Again, what does this mean exactly? Expanded scale. Scaled. That's a great question. We'd unless you have a bit more clarity yourselves, but I guess we'll have to. Learn about it soon enough. But it's it can be really superpower if people start using it. I know that you use the Lagree. You're using Superwhisper for that for the most of it, right? And it's a nice deck ClickUp has a thing that lets you like tap into that by default. Yeah, so I have been using Superwhisper since way before so that's why I'm still using Superwhisper. I love the tool it works great. I was trying to think Alex you know Whisperflow I think has become the most popular version of this. Superwhisper I think has done a really good job and may be it's certainly one of the top tools also available there for it. But are there any benefits that I'm missing out on by not using ClickUp talk to text? I think it's just a matter of not still hopping every day let me go to I mean let me have Superwhisper running and have things you're looking under and it's happening again the same entry that you're running your Skills in and prompts in, and you can use that with your auto team members, like in ClickUp chat as well. So it's kind of there alongside your auto tools, and it's supposed to be more accessible. I say accessibility is for like the main reason to do it rather than anything else. I do wonder if all of my dictation history was in ClickUp. Does that change there's stuff that I dictate that I currently don't put in a ClickUp? I wonder if that would change Brain wouldn't reference that backlog of what I've dictated as well. Not sure. Good one. I haven't test it out. We've got AI governance coming soon. Do you want to cover that, Alex? And then we'll talk about a couple of these other differences. Yeah, AI governance at this point, there isn't a lot of info, or this is not in place, so we can show you that. But basically, people have been asking for a better way to understand how how their team is using AI and how usage is getting burnt. So this will allow you, from what I understand, to allocate on your users how many credits were as How much AI spend you can have by person. Maybe you want to have a person that's only gonna spend one thousand credits per month because they're prone to do a bunch of things. Maybe you want somebody to have a lot more in place. And it's worse like that because the credits that you have available in the month, that is full, really. So you're really taking from that pool of credits, and then you can kind of redistribute for users technically how you can, how they can use that. You can see who's like actually spending most of your AI usage in the company. Because right now we can only see what agents are using that, but not the people that are having those credits available to them. So that looks promising. Looking forward to see how that will actually turn out to be. That's great. We see it here in that kind of the high level plan where you still have workload view, kind of the trial of workload view on the core plan, but some of the resource most of the resource management stuff moved to business. That's probably one of the biggest differences. At least on the surface. I want to call out one other thing here. I'm sorry, I'm scrolling. Through this relatively quickly. We've got under integrations, which I probably just skipped by. Here we go. This is interesting. We're used to have kind of unlimited integrations early on, with sometimes like early on Tableau was a a different integration. But now we've got enterprise and up, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Azure. Confluence available on the business plan, and then most of the rest of them here on core and many on free. Google Drive being on the core plan. Many of these storage ones being on the core plan is partially moved to help people upgrade as long as storage is limited, which you get to unlimited storage as soon as you move the core. If it's limited, you're just gonna run into some challenges on the free plan, which I think yeah, that there's very few folks who are serious about using clip, but we're staying on the free plan, anyways. I thought this was interesting, moving some of these integrations to the enterprise and up plan, enterpriser Max, and then Confluence into the business plan as well. I don't know if you've heard anything else about integrations. Is there anything else that you wanted to cover, Alex, that got moved you know, from plan to plan as we look at this? Nothing that comes to mind specifically. I think probably the AI changes are the most prominent ones and how they have set some boundaries per plan on how that works to some extent, like I said, because it's not super detailed, especially on the expanded scaled and those kind of words that's sound like kind of buzzwords, and they don't have a clear definition, unfortunately. Yeah, for sure. I'm sure there will be more. I mean, even as we were reading through this, what did I just have pulled up that I thought it was the text to talk to text. For sure. It's a work in progress. Core through enterprise move from workspace trials to recurring individual allowances. That's all written fine, makes sense. Enterprise's scaled usage is positioned as sufficient. Max stays unlimited? Definitely sounds AI written. So yeah, I mean, there's some of the stuff where it's like, hey, we've got to get it out. Let's get a V1 out there, and then we'll go back and you know clean up more of this like there's there's I'd say most of this I'm really impressed with having it rolled out I really appreciate the courage to just say we are going to charge more and we're gonna include AI. Let's stop putting people in this weird position where they've got to decide can we justify spending enough more for the people who want it to pay for it for everybody? Like now you can and it's not that much more expensive. And as we're looking at that I did I forgot that I had this slide even but we see this you know the move in terms of price increases and what's built in there around new pricing. All right. What are we missing out on on the pricing front? I would assume people are wondering how does this impact me right now? That'll be a common question that we're, you know, if I'm not renewing until March, what do I do today? Is there any way that this is a better deal for me if I make a move now? Am I allowed to just sit and wait till renewal. So I'd imagine there'll be those types of questions. What should people know about that else? Yeah, that is a great question indeed. And for some people, probably most people, you might even have got notices or emails telling you about here's what you're gonna get. The way the ClickUp handles this is that you probably will get the new plan applied like right away or very soon at your current price. So you won't pay more upfront. However, at your next renewal date, you probably will have to pay the normal list price when a renewal happens, if you're not gonna have a different conversation with somebody at the ClickUp Sales team. And the way this will work will depend the b based on have have you self signed up, self-upgraded, or just pay via credit card. Have you not talked to anybody at ClickUp Sales ever. If that's the case, you probably will just get the renewal at a new price and that's kind of it, unless you reach out to a ClickUp person to try to get a deal. And have like a salesperson work with you on that. If you're like on business plus, usually that's where the ClickUp assist the sales start for most of it for enterprise, you should definitely reach out to your account executive at ClickUp, or they probably will reach out to you as well. So you can talk about options starting at your next billing cycle for this, so we can work out the best deal that you can really with this, to figure out what that is. Or option C, you can get in touch with us so we can so we can see how we think you can probably navigate that. And that's where it's an thing at with the page currently in front of us. If you want some help, then hey, what do I truly need? Can I get some honest feedback on do I really need the max plan? Can I just go buy with a business plus plan? Do I need to downgrade? Do I need to upgrade? We're happy to have those conversations as well. Yeah, and we we didn't talk about that ahead of time, but I realized this is kind of like a perfect lead into something that's relatively new for us. We've helped a ton of folks negotiate and figure out what to buy from ClickUp. You know, since starting in 2018, like after we jumped on. So we've got eight years plus of experience now doing this. But we only this year became an authorized ClickUp reseller. And this is I think just a huge value for our customer base to be able to buy through us and then not have to like there are times where totally fine. It doesn't it doesn't really make a huge difference to us whether you buy through us or buy through ClickUp. We work with clients who do both, but more and more clients are starting to buy directly through us because, you know, like, hey, there's a human, like one to one relationship here, which with way less turnover than you know how many times you'll get turned over at a large organization in terms of who your primary point of contact is. So folks want to have a conversation around buying ClickUp licenses. And there are teams where it's like, hey, you've got five users and you're considering whether you can stay on free or the core plan, like that's you know, we're gonna have a similar reaction to what ClickUp would have there. Where it's like, I'm really sorry. It's not that we don't care about you, but this is hard for us to justify putting time. Into your situation but yeah if you got 10 plus licenses and you're running a serious organization on ClickUp or you've got you know a thousand licenses and you're like, hey, we need to make sure that we get this right and we've got the dedicated support here to do this well, you should definitely reach out and you can either contact us through the site on the contact page or book a call directly through the site or chat in we'll help you out in any of the above ways to help figure out your ClickUp situation and how can you buy the thing that's gonna give you the best outcome for your organization and at the same time maximum stretch your resources as far as you can so are there opportunities to negotiate for discounts for the right times to buy are there other things that that we can do as well so anyways all of that is a part of the value prop that we could offer to folks who need help there on the pricing side all right there's a ton more like there's gonna be a lot of buzz around this there's already people talking about it there's gonna be a lot of buzz around this in the ClickUp ecosystem as we go as always like I think in any of these situations. Focus on the upside that is there. Also be realistic about what's different. Is there is an opportunity to you know, to save money during this process and to get or to make your dollar stretch farther by upgrading and taking advantage of the new limits on the planes. You definitely want to do that as well. If you need help, let us know. Anything else you'd add in, Alex? Nope. I think we've covered a lot for now. That's great. I'm super excited. In the next couple weeks, I want to talk about how to get key reporting info out of ClickUp specifically around like utilization of a team and profitability. Also want to talk about what's going on with the ClickUp Sheets. So a little hint for you, if you're not yet subscribed to the show, make sure that you subscribe on YouTube or wherever you're watching this. And we will be covering this new feature in ClickUp called ClickUp Sheets coming out soon. If you want to join the show, there's a link that'll be in the description to apply to come on the show with Alex and I and as always subscribe to First Class Operations.
