Paul shared how the team recently delivered a big win for a client. This client had a speaking engagement at a trade show, which isn’t necessarily a common inbound campaign venue. To help them leverage this opportunity, the WordWrite team built a special inbound campaign around the event. The results were awesome!
This makes me think about the importance of being creative with inbound. There isn’t one cookie cutter approach that is just-right for every client. Delivering great service and really delighting your clients means adapting a strategy to their situation and their goals.
Paul is also a teacher at heart and you see this come out in his feeling about in-person events. WordWrite is the Pittsbugh HUG group leaders and they manage the local events. This has presented some great opportunities for WordWrite to elevate their platform as an agency as well as develop new client relationships.
